Brinklow to Stoke Golding
Middle Northwich motor Sickle & Small Northwich butty Cedar
27th March 2010
CREW: Matt, Sarah & Karen Parrott
SATURDAY 27TH:
We drove over to Brinklow this morning (Saturday 27th March) and pumped out
both the boats from all the rain over the past week. By the time we'd tinkered
about, we set off at 10am. Very quiet run across to Sutton Stop and across to
the entrance of the Ashby Canal. Turned onto the Ashby at 1:30 and ploughed our
way up to Stoke Golding, we winded at bridge 22 at 4pm and reversed the pair
back down to the mooring at bridge 23.
We went back over to the boats on Sunday to do some work to smarten them up.
